1 cup of dry rice
2 tablespoon of butter
Juice from 1 large lime
1 small can of pineapple crushed (optional)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of chopped cilantro
Salt & pepper
-Cook rice in 2 cups of water or broth
-Toss cooked rice in butter and stir to melt
-Add other ingrediants and serve right away
